NOTICE OF EXAMINATION OF UNRESOLVED ISSUES FOR THE PERTH AND KINROSS PROPOSED LOCAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (SCOTLAND) ACT 1997 THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT PLANNING) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2008
On 14 and 28 September 2018 Perth and Kinross Council submitted to Scottish Ministers the above proposed plan for examination.
A copy of the proposed plan is available for inspection at the planning authority's office at Pullar House, 35 Kinnoull Street, Perth, PH1 5GD, between the hours of 8.45am and 5pm Monday to Friday (except for the first Thursday in every month when the office opens at 11am and closed on public holidays). The proposed plan is available for inspection at every public library within the plan area during normal opening hours.

The Scottish Ministers have appointed Ms Katrina Rice BSc (Hons) Dip TP MRTPI to carry out the examination of the above plan. Additional reporters may be appointed to aid the speedy delivery of the report. The administration of the examination will be carried out by the Scottish Government's Planning and Environmental Appeals Division (DPEA case reference LDP-340-2).
The planning authority has provided the reporter with a summary of the issues (Schedule 4 forms) it considers should be assessed at examination. Copies of representations received and further information to support the examination have also been submitted.
