(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PARKING AND LOADING) ORDER 2018
On 10/1/18 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit parking and loading for all vehicular traffic on both sides of Moray Street, Blackford from its junction with The Morays to its junction with Stirling Street a distance of 175 metres or thereby. This applies from 17/1/18 for an estimated period of one week to permit footway construction works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicular access to premises will be maintained.
