Notice is hereby given that an environmental statement has been submitted to Fife Council by Advance Construction (GD) Ltd relating to the planning application (Ref: 18/01756/ EIA) for Planning Permission in Principle for residential led mixed-use development including employment, Class 4 business and light industry, Class 1 retail, Class 8 care home, parkland/open space and associated development including formation of access. Possible decisions relating to the application are:- (i) approval of the application without conditions; (ii) approval of the application with conditions; (iii) refusal of the application.
